DSA Flange

Popular adapter flanges are double rivet adapter flanges, mating flanges, and flange x connection adapters. Customers can use adapter flanges for transitions of nominal size and/or pressure rating, the adapter flanges have a minimum overall height, or customer-specified thickness, consistent with design considerations.

The DSAF (Double Studded Adapter Flange) is a combination of flanges with different sizes and pressure ratings. We offer DSAF in various sizes and pressure ratings as per the customer's specified thickness, in line with design requirements.

DSA Flange Range:

Size: 2-1/16″ to 21-1/4″, or as per customer's requirements.

Pressure rating: 2,000 PSI to 15,000 PSI.

Material of construction: As per API 16A standards.

The Double Studded Adapter Flange is an adaptor flange used for connecting API 6A, API 17D high-pressure wellhead, and Christmas tree systems to normal pressure piping systems. Both double and single types are available, and the material can be customized. Size and pressure ratings can also be tailored to meet specific needs. We provide matching bolts and nuts in various materials, and weld overlay options are available.

The Double Studded Adapter Flange (DSAF) is supplied along with appropriate size of studs and nuts duly fitted. These Adapter Flanges are used for transitioning between different nominal sizes and/or pressure ratings, especially in situations with limited space in the drill string. They offer an ideal solution for connecting two different equipment pieces of varying size and pressure rating. DSAFs are available with customer-specified thicknesses, adhering to design considerations.

The basic material of construction is alloy steel, but for improved corrosion resistance, overlays like SS 316L or Inconel 625 can be incorporated upon request to extend the product's life.
