Operation& Maintenance
1.1 AssemblyCorrect assembly is very important for proper operation of equipment. The top andbottom flange stud must be tightened. Please use studs and nuts of specified gradefor H2S service as per AP| 6A, Use new washers that meets APl 6A and tiahten withproper torque.
1.2 Hydraulic Connection Connect the hydraulic piping that drives actuators to the hydraulic coupler in the front of the BOP to make sure the hydraulic piping of each actuator match indicators on thecontrol panel. Marking each hydraulic piping or using different kinds of couplers is recommended.
