Dual or three Pot Sand Filter

The Dual Pot Sand Filter is oilfield-specific equipment designed to remove sand and solids from well fluids and gases. It is an essential tool for a wide range of onshore and offshore surface well testing, flowback and early production work. It consists of two troughs (vertical vessels) and filter inserts designed to handle specific ranges of particles from 100 to 800 microns, while sand management solutions provide additional filtration ranges.

It includes slab gate valve, blowdown pressure relief valve, differential pressure gauge, nozzle and water spray system, hammer joint for easy pipe connection, and special steel structure for easy transportation, operation and cleaning of filter elements. Since the pressure and working conditions of oil wells may be different, it is suitable for dual boiler desanders of various high-pressure grades from 5000psi to 15000psi.

The Dual Pot Sand Filter can handle high gas flows of up to 1 million m3/day and liquid flows of up to 10,000 barrels/day. Its material of construction is carbon steel, while the inserts are stainless steel or special reinforced alloys. Building materials adopt DD or EE to API standards. It is suitable for Dual Pot Sand Filters for onshore and offshore applications.
