Safe operation procedures and precautions

1, this equipment is high pressure equipment, without professional training personnel shall not operate or repair work.

2, shall not be in the state of no test medium test machine or bootwork.

3, equipment in the process of pressurization and pressure retention do not go near the high pressure area, if you need to close to the need to take safety measures.

4, the safety valve has been set before the factory safety pressure, do not need to re-adjust. No one shall adjust this valve without thepermission of the manufacturer.

5, the equipment shall not be repaired during the work, unless necessary, please remove the pressure in the system during the maintenance process. If it is necessary to detect faults with pressure, safety measures should be taken.

6. It is strictly prohibited to work beyond the rated output pressure of the equipment nameplate.

7, the equipment needs to be checked regularly (every day) after use, to eliminate faults and safety hazards, effectively improve work efficiency.

8, equipment operators need to read the manual in detail.

9. Check and calibrate the pressure gauge regularly.

2.1 Functional characteristics

The equipment frame adopts sandblasting paint and other treatments to ensure the appearance quality, and the water tank is all made of 304 stainless steel to adapt to most humid harsh environment. The

equipment is equipped with high-precision pressure gauge to accurately display the air source pressure, the pressure reducing valve pressure reduction, and the test high pressure pressure. The system is equipped

with multiple check valve combination shut-off valve to ensure small leakage in pressure measurement and convenient pressure relief. The equipment is equipped with an electric pressure test pump to achieve rapid water injection pressure boost,

the pump outlet is provided with an relief valve for protection, and an electric contact pressure gauge for automatic switching pneumatic pressurization. The pneumatic booster pump is divided into high and low pressure pumps, which meets

2.4 The system mainly consists of the following components:

（1）1 oil tank with an effective volume of not less than 100L, the oil tank has a cleaning hole, a breathing hole, an oil drain hole and an oil mirror.

（2）1 set of electric drive three-cylinder plunger pump, 3HP,460V 60HZ, equipped with an 18.5KW, 460VAC,60HZ explosion-proof motor for

wide ship pressure, with shaft seismic, stable and safe performance, to meet the low pressure test and high pressure test before the rapid

filling of liquid to a certain pressure automatic switching pneumatic booster pump. The working pressure of the low-voltage electric pump

is required to reach 35MPa, the protection level of the junction box is above IP56, the explosion-proof level is Exd II T6G, and the cable is equipped with 30 meters Marine armored cable.

（3）1 set of air pump with a gas-liquid ratio of 1:64, with a maximum output pressure of 48MPa and a displacement of 3.3L/min;

（4）1 set of air pump with 1:256 air liquid ratio, the air pump is in parallel with 1:64 air pump, and the working pressure can reach

200MPa. The air pump is connected in series with the low pressure air pump to play the role of pressurization;

（5）2 sets of ultra-high pressure stop valves, the working pressure can reach 200MPa, one is used to relieve the pressure of the system, the other is used to maintain the pressure.

（6）1 set of OD150 seismic pressure gauge system output pressure, measuring range of 0 ~ 250MPa.

（7）1 set of pressure sensor, measuring range 0-170MPa, electronic pressure transmitter, used to change and display pressure test on the recorder.

（8）1 set of air source manifold, including stop valve, air source triplet and two air source pressure gauges, respectively used to display the air source pressure and the pressure supplied to the pump group after pressure regulation.

（9）1 set of disc recorder for recording pressure curve, can display pressure 0-170MPa.
