Crankshaft Assembly
The crank shaft assembly consists of crank shaft, ring gear, connection rod (with bearing) and the main bearing. The working clearance of bearing is pre-determined by the fitting precision of the installed shaft and the relevant holes.
F-1600 Mud Pump CRANKSHAFT ASSEMBLY
Our crankshaft is made of cast alloy steel. Eccentric ring gear, connection rod and bearings are mounted on it. The eccentric ring gear is herringbone. When assembly, the herringbone bore and crankshaft are of interference fit and fastened with bolts and lock nuts. The big ends of the connection rod are mounted on three eccentric straps of the crankshaft via single-row cylindrical roller bearings. Small ends are mounted on crosshead pins via double-row cylindrical roller bearings. Double-row radial spherical roller bearings are mounted at either end of the crankshaft.
